Bracelet sizes noted on our finished bracelets represent the wrist size itself, and not the actual length of the bracelet. The reason we do this is to compensate for the difference in the size of beads within a design.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE YOUR WRIST MEASUREMENT TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES.


To determine your wrist measurement, simply measure your wrist around the widest part of the wrist bone with a soft flexible measuring tape. The tape should be wrapped around the bone and pulled snug, but not too tight. It should fall exactly where you want your bracelet to lay. Measurements should be given in inches. Ex: 6-1/2".

When ordering bracelets of the wrong size, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for refunds/exchanges.

  • Refund: Customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Exchange: If you choose a new size and it's not available, we may be able to resize/restring based on the below charges, along with the cost of any additional beads.
    • Single Strand Bracelet: $8
    • Double Strand Bracelet: $12
    • Triple Strand Bracelet: $16
