Our desire at Stems & Stones is that you absolutely love your purchase! Each piece is hand crafted with keen skill and care before undergoing a quality inspection. Stems & Stones Design stands behind its products 100%! We care for our customers, and their shopping experience. We strive to provide the highest quality service, the best return policy and warranty for our products. Our Customer Care department features highly trained individuals to help if any problems do occur.

Authentic and genuine

The materials we use in our products are measured against our quality standard which enables us to produce the best in-class and deliver a well priced/superior product to our customer. We appropriately describe all components used within each design. If you feel any product is misrepresented, please contact us immediately. Our sole intent is to exude a spirit of excellence in all that we do, while building style stem by stone and touching lives soul by soul.

Lifetime replacement/repair guarantee

If a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped in error we'll correct the issue at no charge. If jewelry becomes flawed when worn / handled according to our jewelry care guidelines we'll repair / replace at no charge and reimburse the shipping fee. Manufacturing defects are covered under the lifetime replacement / repair guarantee policy. Examples of these are a broken lobster clamp, or a chain with an open link. However obvious damage such as pulling, ripping, or issues related to non-compliance of the jewelry care guidelines, are not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered.

  • Repair / replacement may be a slight variation of the original design due to changes in inventory.
  • Third party repair or any modification of the item voids the warranty.
Note: All returns must include receipt / proof of purchase and follow the Return policy.

Satisfaction or money back

In the rare occasion that you aren't satisfied with the item you ordered, return it in its original condition within 14 days along with the receipt/proof of purchase, and we'll refund your money. A 10% re-stocking fee and the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

The Stems & Stones line is designed and handcrafted in Olathe, KS, although we may carry other lines created across the world when the design and savings are found to be within our quality standards. We appropriately identify the manufacture of all our products within our shopping cart.
