Contact us at customercare@stemstones.com for the return address and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and describe your condition in detail. This authorizes the return and initiates the process that enables our Quality Control team to match up the customer/issue to the returned product for quick resolution. You may request an email notification to confirm our receipt of your returned item.

Note: All returns must include receipt / proof of purchase and follow the Return policy.
